Founded in 2000 to foster agricultural life, food, and bio industries in Jeonbuk State,
Jeonbuk State Institue for Food-Bioindustry(JIF) has a one-stop bell chain system
that supports various infrastructure resources, such as R&D centers,
GMP factories for production support, food safety analysis centers, domestic
and international market development for excellent products in the province,
field-based training of excellent human resources, etc.
In addition, we are working on discovering and fostering promising start-up companies,
supporting technology commercialization, excellent technology transactions,
establishing research institutes, and hosting the Jeonju International Fermented Food Expo (IFFE).
As a partner specializing in agricultural and bio-innovative growth,
we will do our best to develop future innovative convergence technologies
and enhance industrial capabilities through industry, academia, research,
and government collaboration connecting with Advanced Technology
in the Fourth Industrial Revolution to enhance industrial capacity.
